January 29th, Long Pine Key Hike in Everglades National Park, approximately 6 mile hike. Lorraine Thomas is leading.
Join us for a 5-6 mile hike in Everglades National Park!
Meet at Ernest Coe Visitor Center at 8 am Thursday January 29. From there we will head out promptly at 8:15 to Long Pine key, park our cars and start down the trailhead for a moderate/easy hike 2.5-3 mph pace.
We will hike approximately 3 miles before heading back.
Alternatively, depending on participants, we will leave some cars at Glades lake, shuttle back to trailhead to hike the 6 miles to the left behind cars and then all drive back to the cars at start point.
